Here at Westover Large Animal, we have a team of 5 vets experienced in equine reproduction and artificial insemination. We are a BEVA approved A.I. practice (The BEVA Approved A.I. List aims to support members of the profession who work in equine reproduction whilst safeguarding the welfare of the horse). We offer a competitive “A.I. package” but we are also happy to provide a more flexible service and will work with you to optimize success rates.
At our Hainford Clinic we are able to offer hospitalization services for horses undergoing A.I. removing the need for you to travel your horse to us each time and taking away some of the hassle and worry of A.I. However, we also routinely scan mares and perform A.I. on the road for mares were travel isn’t possible or stress may be a large factor.
